This Usage Policy outlines acceptable and prohibited uses of REACHUM and REACHUM•AI, services of Click-Video, LLC, collectively referred to as REACHUM. It applies to all users—including corporate teams, individual contributors, educators, and instructional designers—who access the platform.
Use of REACHUM constitutes agreement to this policy, as well as our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Service Credit Terms.
1. Permitted Use
REACHUM is designed to support responsible, high-impact learningcontent development. Acceptable uses include:
- Uploading documents (e.g., PDFs, text) to generate lessonoutlines, knowledge checks, or interactive learning pages.
- Using REACHUM features to create or enhance content—includingAI-generated images, text summaries, interactive activities, or retrieval practice elements.
- Developing and storing private knowledge bases for secure, organization-specific content generation.
- Accessing the platform through a verified account, using phone-based SMS verification for identity confirmation and security.
- Applying credits toward specific content creation actions, as outlined in our Service Credit Terms.
- Participating in learning analytics, credentialing workflows, or LMS-integrated delivery experiences.
2. Prohibited Use
To protect all users and preserve platform integrity, the followingare strictly prohibited:
2.1 Abuse of Platform Features
- Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or bypass credit limits.
- Circumventing account verification, usage limits, or trial restrictions through multiple or fraudulent accounts.
- Using generative AI to create misleading, unethical, or infringing content.
2.2 Security Violations
- Uploading malicious files, phishing attempts, or executable code.
- Accessing or attempting to access accounts, files, or knowledge bases that you do not own or have permission to use.
- Engaging in activity that degrades platform performance or availability (e.g., excessive automation, scraping, denial-of-service attacks).
2.3 Inappropriate or Harmful Content
- Uploading, generating, or sharing content that is abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or sexually explicit.
- Using REACHUM to support or spread misinformation, hate speech, political manipulation, or harmful ideologies.
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or institutional policy.
3. Fair Use of Credits and AI Resources
REACHUM AI features operate on a credit-based usage system to reflect the cost and intensity of AI-powered features. Credits are deducted for each content generation action, including:
- Lesson outline creation
- AI-generated imagery
- Text-based support pages
- Interactive knowledge checks
3.1 Fair Use Limits:
Free trial credits are provided to allow new users to explore REACHUM’s capabilities by creating typical business, corporate training, or educational lessons of approximately one hour in duration. While this description is intended to guide expectations, actual credit usage will depend on the complexity of the lesson and selected features.
Trial accounts and paid accounts alike may not:
- Use credits to create entertainment media, long form video content, or other non-training content unrelated to REACHUM's core use cases.
- Share accounts for the purpose of pooling credits.
- Attempt to game the system by using bots, extensions, orunauthorized integrations.
- Use credits to generate content at a volume that disrupts service to other users.
We reserve the right to audit usage and take corrective action - including suspension or loss of credits - if activity is found to violate this Fair Use provision. Fair use is also subject to the Fair Use Limits described in Section 3.
4. Account Verification and SMS Consent
To ensure legitimate access and prevent misuse of trial services, REACHUM requires SMS verification during account creation and, where applicable, ongoing authentication.
- By registering for REACHUM, you consent to receive SMS messages solely for account verification, login security, and essential system notifications.
- Message frequency is low and operational only. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- VOIP numbers, disposable numbers, or automated systems may not be used to bypass verification.
- SMS messages will never be used for marketing purposes.
You may contact support@reachum.com to update or revoke your phone number from future authentication flows, understanding that this may affect platform access.
5. Enforcement
REACHUM may take corrective action if this policy is violated,including but not limited to:
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Loss of credits without refund
- Removal of generated content
- Notification to your organization (for institutional accounts)
- Legal action in cases of fraud, infringement, or malicious conduct
We reserve the right to investigate reported or suspected misuse atour sole discretion.
6. Policy Changes
We may update this Usage Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of REACHUM after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
